What is it?

A dating app with a unique twist. When you make a match on TryDate, your profiles are revealed to each other at a naturalistic pace, unlocking elements as you interact. Sure, a picture tells a 1,000 words, but it doesn’t express everything a person is. What’s love without the journey of discovery? Without the chase? On TryDate, you get the allure of the getting to know a match one step at a time.

Task: Create visual advertisements for app stores displaying mockups of the TryDate application. Do this for the four specified device types.

Challenge: Highlight TryDate’s unique elements and capture the dating crowd who is tired of the shallow dating culture fostered in other dating apps.

Role: Graphic designer.

Outcome: Successful design and application of the app store carousel ads. These included for iOS Mobile iPhoneX AppStore, iOS iPad AppStore, iOS Mobile iPhone AppStore, and Android Mobile Play Store.
